1.1 Eligibility

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active jatbet account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. jatbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or balances associated with them. Where fraud is suspected, jatbet may report the matter to relevant authorities.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to jatbet is accurate and kept up to date. jatbet may request documentary evidence — such as a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to verify the information you have provided. Failure to supply requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jatbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify jatbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jatbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3.1 General Bonus Terms

jatbet reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a technical error affected bet placement or odds; (b) the relevant event was cancelled or abandoned without a result; (c) a player exploited a palpable error in pricing; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance as stake only, with no winnings applied.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jatbet and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt betting conduct.
• Collusion between players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Use of the jatbet platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with jatbet software.

5.1 Player Obligations

In the event of termination for cause, jatbet reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

7.3 Amendments to Terms
